1.2 Registration Process

To open a bee444 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID (NID), a valid mobile phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bee444 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bee444 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh NID, a selfie photograph, and proof of your registered payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). bee444 reserves the right to suspend account activity and withhold pending withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

1.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active bee444 account. bee444 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bee444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and bonuses associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at bee444's discretion. There are zero processing fees applied by bee444 on bKash and Nagad transactions. Third-party fees levied by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your own responsibility.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. bee444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or network outages. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing.

2.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on bee444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bee444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on your payment method's end is conducted by your payment provider, not bee444, and any associated exchange costs are borne by you.

2.5 Deposit Integrity

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your bee444 account, is strictly prohibited. bee444 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bee444 are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions that will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. bee444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, minimum deposit threshold, eligible payment methods, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active, and expiry period will be specified in the welcome bonus offer page at the time of registration. Failure to comply with any bonus condition may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

3.3 Daily Login Bonus and Streak Rewards

bee444 operates a daily login bonus programme. Players who log in on consecutive days earn escalating bonus credits as part of a streak reward system. Streak bonuses are credited to your account automatically and are subject to a standard wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. Bee444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the daily login programme at any time.

3.4 VIP Programme

VIP points are awarded based on real-money wagering activity. Points accumulation rates, VIP tier thresholds, and redemption values are set by bee444 and may be modified at any time. VIP points and tier status have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, and will be forfeited upon account closure. Access to the VIP programme is at bee444's sole discretion.

3.5 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bee444's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. bee444 reserves the right to confiscate all bonus funds and winnings, close the account, and permanently ban the player in such cases.

4.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the bee444 system. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. bee444 is not liable for bets placed in error, including incorrect stakes, incorrect selections, or bets placed on the wrong market. The Platform operates at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and all bet timestamps are recorded accordingly.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino game tables. These limits are displayed within each market or game prior to placing a bet. bee444 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including reducing limits for individual players at its sole discretion.

4.3 Void Bets

bee444 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended due to irregular activity; a technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed; the bet was placed after the event or market has officially closed; or there is evidence of fraud, match manipulation, or use of insider information.

4.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid price movements and may be suspended or closed at any time. bee444 accepts no liability for bets that were intended to be placed on a live market but were not confirmed prior to market suspension. The display of live scores and statistics on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and bee444 makes no warranty as to their accuracy or timeliness.

4.5 Results and Disputes

Official match results and settlement figures are taken from the relevant governing body (ICC for international cricket, BPL organisers, FIFA, etc.) or from bee444's authorised data providers. In the event of a discrepancy, bee444's settlement decision is final. Any bet dispute must be raised with bee444 support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bee444 Platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identification documents; or obtaining funds through deceptive means.
• Money Laundering: Using bee444 as a mechanism to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. bee444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the Platform without bee444's express written permission.
• Hacking and Cheating: Attempting to access bee444's back-end systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Underage Gambling: Registering on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, or allowing an underage person to use your account.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing bee444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
